After graduating from the University of Georgia and spending over 34 rewarding years in the textile industry leading large manufacturing facilites, I took an "early" leave. Several years prior, my wife Pamela and I became involved in numerous real estate projects of our own-buying, renovating when necessary, and selling properties-gaining experience in the business with each transaction. Without question, our favorite acquisition was the 2003 purchase of a home on Lake Hartwell where we now spend as much time as possible throughout the year. It was during those early years when we began our adventures in real estate that I obtained both my sales and broker's license. I was fortunate enough to enter the million dollar club in my first full year as an agent, having obtained great clients, many of whom are now my friends.
